Our Warrior Workout class is a 45-minute class that puts focus on full body strength, endurance, and core exercises. This class is designed for anybody between the ages of 16 - 102. We take pride in providing constant variety, and being sure any exercise can be modified.
Some of our most enjoyable classes are our youth classes. We absolutely love working with our local youth kids, and take great pride in teaching them about work ethic and our three core values: Humble, Hungry, and Happy. Our youth Warrior class is a 45-min class that currently runs on 6-week cycles. It covers full body movements, upper/lower body strength, coordination, mobility, and core strength.
Our SHIIT class is a 30-minute class that stands for Short High Intensity Interval Training and it puts focus on keeping you moving, keeping your heart rate elevated, and is an excellent option when on a time crunch. Great class for any and all ages and fitness levels.
